Sir/ Madam,

      On the subject cited above, please find enclosed herewith the detail guideline issued by the National Headquarters of the Bharat Scouts and Guides, New Delhi.

       In this regard it is for your kind information that JOTA and JOTI is an annual event of BS&G and offering to each individual Scout/ Guide the experience that he or she really belongs to a worldwide movement. During this event participating Scouts and Guides will share and exchange their experiences and ideas worldwide and observe the world around him or her and realise how one’s small action at a local level could have a huge impact at the global level. The “Scoutlink” and “ScoutNet” provide the necessary technical support and server capacity.

      The message to Scouts/ guides is, ‘Let other Scout/ Guides friends from around the globe step into each other’s world by sharing thinking, feelings, emotions, ideas, proposals and projects. At this occasion the Scouts and Guides will share their life experiences to enlarge their world’ interacting with others by using modern methods of communication. Specific guideline of JOTA & JOTI and above referred letter are enclosed for information and necessary action please.

Please provide opportunity to all Scouts and Guide to participate in the JOTA & JOTI in befitting manner and please send 02 selected photographs of the event from any KV of your region for onward transmission to NHQ BS&B.
