On subject cited above, I am to convey the approval of competent authority to depute eligible working District Commissioner of your region as per the quota given below:-

2.       If the selected and working DC Scout/Guide is not having the KVS BS&G Warrant Certificate, then for the issuance of the Warrant his/ her particulars may please be forwarded in following table to State Secretary immediately for the issuance of the warrant Certificate by the State Chief Commissioner KVS BS&G.

3.       The application (duly filled in) of eligible, selected and working DC with recommendation of Dy. Commissioner, KVS RO concerned should reach to State Secretary by FAX or e-mail (in attached file after scanning), so that it may be further recommended to NTC before due date. He/ She should report to Dy. Director, NTC (BS&G Pachmarhi M.P.) on 23-04-2012 latest by 08:00 AM in proper Uniform. For further details please refer enclosed circular No. 45/2012 dated 06-03-2012.
