 Madam/ Sir,

In continuation to this office letter of even number dated 17-08-2011 and 02-12-2011, on subject and reference cited above, it is to inform you that the Uniform Allowance will be disbursed out of Divisional Association Fund (the Corpus which exists at RO level), is a settled fact in view of the uniform decision arrived at in the last DC’s Conference unanimously.

      You are requested to disburse the BS&G Uniform Allowance to all eligible members of KVS BS&G for the 2011-2012 at the earliest from the Divisional Association Fund of your Region/ Division.

        It issues with approval of competent authority.
