Sub:- AN EXHIBITION OF KVS BS&G DISTRICT / DIVISION LAVEL CONTRIBUTIONS AND ACHIEVEMENTS DURING 2010-2011 IN VARIOUS ASPACTS OF BS&G AT THE OCCASION OF REGIONAL / ZONAL CAMP.
Sir/ Madam,
I am personally thankful to you for your remarkable contribution in the KVS BS&G. Its only because of you and your contribution, the KVS BS&G mission reached to its laid targets & got high position in census 2010,there is a remarkable growth in Trained Commissioners also. Our KVS BS&G got a good appreciation & recoginasition in the Hyderabad Jamboree- 2011, and we got a good position in that Jamboree, so the credit goes to you all as you are behind every success of this movement You are the backbone of this movement and I feel proud to be one among you all, so please accept my hearty congratulations on the success year of 2010- 2011.
You have moulded & trained KVS Students in BS&G activities in such a way that they are earning good name and fame, our strength is increasing day by day and they are participating in many of the BS&G activities sucessfully. Infect you all are shaping them as good citizens of our country. As trainer of Adults from Basic to LT, Your noble work is not only confined in KVS , you are also regularly contributing for the development of other Indian BS&G States by rendering various duties & services at National Level camps, Jamboree, Rally, Rashtrapati P.T.C, LT, ALT, Pre-ALT training camps conducted by NTC & NHQ.
But I personally feel that still your efforts, your contribution, dedication and achievements are not quite visible to the society and also to our KVS authorities, even now some people are under impression that scouting & guiding in KVS is only in raising slogans of cheering as HARSH HARSH JAI JAI only. This is wrong notion about our scouting & guiding, it should be eradicated. People who are merely giving such comment should know and recognise that there are talented contributors in the movement.
In view of the above, it will be very useful to organise the exhibition, to put forward on table, the contributor’s achievements of our trained teacher, the contributions of Scouts and Guide in the light of ALT/ LT guidance through their Adult Leaders up to Unit Level.
What to be exhibited:-
Charts, Modals, Tables, Videos, Photographs, Play Cards, BS&G depicting seen, Demos, variety of Campfire aspects & activities , PMSC Project work Log-Books, Note Book of TS Project, any Community Service Projects conducted by the Group/ Unit, Sustained CD Project of the state such as 6-MYP. Proficiency Badges work from PS to Rajya Puraskar and other. Community Development Project Conducted by the Group/Unit. Scene which depicting importance of hike, service, its various aspects, contribution and achievement. National Integration activities among the society, Peach March, Health Awareness March, Community Lunch, All Faith Prayer. My Dairy of Contribution and Achievement 2010-2011 as voluntary worker.
It is innovative model exhibition of its own kind. When the exhibition is at School level for inauguration of it, the Principal concerned may invite some local dignity, administrative authorities, media person or KVS officials whoever is available at that time.
The main activity of the camp and tempo of the camp should not be disturbed in any case, therefore, the base system will be useful to give chance to the participants to visit the exhibition.
I hope that after going through the exhibition, visitors (print and electronic media persons, local Principals participants of the camp etc.) will definitely comment that the BS&G activity is very good and in safe hands under your leadership. All the participating Scouts and Guides of the camp will be aware about varity / aspect of activities of BS&G and its main motto & idealogy/ mission.
I hope your presence in the camp will be enough to make them skilful in the exhibited activities, to establish the impression of the exhibition in their minds and carry forward the BS&G ideals so that in turn they may be suitably involved and give training to others in such National building activities.
Such exhibition of S/G in the KV, with their active contribution by participating in the BS&G will also reduce the workload of our colleges UL. The S/G may start training to their junior brothers & sisters in their Units ,as sustain service of the movement and work with dedication in Community Development Project which is required in the vicinity.
I also hope, that the same exhibition at Group Level will be conducted by the S/G and participating Adult Leader in their KV for the visibility of movement in the area. You can popularise our movement through media ,reports and photographs.
Dear trainers, Therefore now it is our turn, to give costless happiness to KVS authorities by making the exhibition a memorable grand success by your united efforts.
