Sir/ Madam,
Please find enclosed herewith a detailed format of Adult Resource document which has been developed for survey of the available Adult Resources, for improving the competencies of Adult Leaders to enable them to serve better the needs of Scouts, Guides, Cubs and Bulbuls.
The copy of the format should be forwarded to all Principals under your jurisdiction to provide required information (on the basis of strength etc as on 31-03-2011) to the Cluster in charge/ Local Association (if any) and District Commissioner concerned.
The District Commissioner (S/G) concerned will compile information in all parts of Performa/ Formats, in provided columns. After completing it in all respect at District Level, it should be forwarded to you in triplicate.
You are requested to keep one copy of it in you office and two copies are to be forwarded to this office for further course of action latest by 05 -07-2011.
