Sir/ Madam,

As you are already aware about the strength of BS&G movement, it stands on strong foundation of values, dedication and helping attitude. It provides ample opportunity to youth to channelize their positive energy in socially desirable direction, leading to responsible participatory citizenship.

KVS maintains all required infrastructure in terms of men and material to support this great movement. There is wonderful potential among the children to sustain the BS&G movement also. Despite this the initiatives and response towards this movement is not very encouraging.

It is therefore required to introspect the functioning of BS&G movement up to unit level. The KVS has always been supporting this movement. As a head of school you are requested to inspire and motivate the students and staff to join BS&G movement that provides wonderful platform for everybody to unfold their personality so that they can serve the nation better.

It is expected that every member right from the student to officers at KVS (Hqrs) level may realize the significance of this great movement and no stone should be unturned to take this movement to further heights. I, therefore, request to the Assistant. Commissioners and Principals to prepare a calendar of activities on Scouts & Guides and execute the same with utmost sincerity which is a real tribute to the nation.

You are requested to disseminate this information to all Principals and all adult leaders of KVS BS&G under your jurisdiction.
