SUB.:- KVS Quota for 16TH NATIONAL JAMBOREE OF BS&G –reg.

Sir,

Please refer to NHQ BS&G Circular No. 120 / 2010 dated 01-09-2010 (copy enclosed herewith for ready reference), vide which NHQ has given following Quota for Scouts, Guides, Scoutes and Guiders to KVS.

Scouts 240 Guides 320

Scouters 40 Guiders 30

KVS further distributed this quota among the participating Regions of KVS. But as above given quota of Guiders is less, in comparison to the quota of Scouters. We are feeling genuine problem to accommodate our Guiders.

Please increase the quota at least by 5 Guiders.

2. You are also requested to increase our Quota of guide section by 24 Guides and 3 Guiders.
