SUB.:- Deputation of Staff for 16TH NATIONAL JAMBOREE OF BS&G –reg.

Sir/Madam,

I am to refer to NHQ BS&G letter No. B.S.G./ N.H.Q./ D-6-7/4010/ 2010 dated 08-12-2010 (copy enclosed), vide which NHQ has requested to avail services of KV teachers for National Jamboree. Following teachers of your region may be appointed as staff in 16^th National Jamboree of BS&G (from 03-01-2011 to 09-01-2011) scheduled to be held at Hyderabad. He/ She should report on 01-01-2011 in forenoon to Jamboree Director at the venue.

The required proforma is being enclosed for onward transmission of information to State Secretary A.P State. For other guidelines please see above referred letter.
