Madam/ Sir,

In continuation to the above mentioned letter of this office, it is to inform you that The BS&G activity in KVS is an integral part of its education system/ policy. The participation in KVS BS&G activities is optional for the students of KVs but it is approved that the participation in KVS BS&G programme and Training is mandatory for all KVS teachers as and when required by the KVS authorities.

However, exemption on humanitarian ground may be considered individually, at regional level, when request received through the principal to Divisional Commissioner concerned.
