Yoga Fitness Training Programme at
St. Giri School

A Yoga
Fitness Training Programme was conducted at St. Giri School, Batla House, Jamia
Nagar, New Delhi by Dr. Badrul Islam Kairanvi. In this programme the students
and teachers practiced and experienced very important 6 Micro-Yoga-Practices which were successfully
demonstrated by Miss Samia of Kendriya Vidyalaya and Mr. Faiz (qualified Yoga
Instructor from SVAYASA Yoga University, Bangaluru).
International
Yoga Trainer & Ex. State Training Commissioner, KVS (under Ministry of HRD
Govt. of India, New Delhi) Dr. Badrul Islam Kairanvi was the chief Trainer of
the event he delivered training of very special Micro-Yoga-Practices for upper
part of the body diaphragm to hair follicles, including intercostals muscles,
ribs, lungs, shoulders. Neck, medulla, brain lobs etc. Such Yoga practices were
introduced in the vicinity for the 1st time.
Today on
16-03-2016 a Yoga Fitness Training Programme was conducted at St Giri School, Batla
House, Jamia Nagar, New Delhi – 110025 in this programme the students and
teachers practiced very important Micro-Yoga-Practices which were successfully demonstrated
by Miss Samia and Mr. Faiz (qualified Yoga Instructor from SVAYASA Yoga
University, Bangaluru).
Yoga training style was so interesting, attractive and full of joy for youth that they all were themselves compelled to observe pin drop silent and perfect discipline, as a result, on the other hand the learning efforts of the participants were remarkable. Everyone participant was trying his/ her best for acquiring the perfection in performance, hence, the ancient, precious and indigenous wisdom with easy to understand, latest scientific and systematic-base made the mindset of new generation to get benefitted by it.
Lucid and step by step crystal clear word of command, supported to them to perform yoga technique with utmost care and result oriented.
Dr. Islam particularly explained the importance of the Yoga Practices for maintenance of good health of Brain nerves, hair follicles, sense organs, neck muscles, shoulders and lungs. He said these Yoga practices will prevent a big numbers of disorders, relive tiredness and physical discomfort, these will also enhances lungs capacity and promotes free flow of blood in all parts of the body with rich oxygen. The regular practice of these Micro-Yoga practices will make glowing face, reflecting internal beauty.
Dr. Islam said that it is quite clear that we can’t live life without breath, so we must know how to do breathing and yoga tells us it perfectly. The world around us understood it. We must also protect our health with the help of Yoga practices and use our-life for the services of mankind.
The event was conducted under the direction of Shri Surender Kumar, Principal of the school and was coordinated by Miss Sana Khan with active participation of all the teachers and students of the St. Gri School. All participants were benefited and enjoyed a lot. The event was ended with hearty thanks of Dr. Badrul Islam Kairanvi, Mr Faiz and Miss Samia.
