Sub:- Two days Trainers Meet of KVS
State BS&G LTs/ALTs regarding.
Madam/Sir,
With reference to the Minutes of the
Meeting of KVS State Association of BS&G (item No. 5
), held on 12.07.2013, a ‘Trainers’ Meet’ has been planned to discuss difficulties faced by trainers and possible ways &
means to overcome such difficulties. The schedule of the said Trainers’ Meet is
as below-
1.
Venue-
K.V.S Varanasi Division (The DC , KVS (RO), Varanasi may select a suitable place and notify at
the earliest)
2.
Date of reporting - 29.10.2013
3.
Duration of the
Meet- 30th & 31st Oct, 2013
4.
Date of relieving - 31.10.2013 A/N (By 4.00 PM)
5.
TA / D.A - Applicable as per KVS rules

above officials should report at the Venue on 28.10.2013 F/N for
pre-meet discussions & other related work in connection with Trainers’
Meet.)
7. Eligibility- All Leader Trainers and Assistant Leader
Trainers of both wings (S/G)
may be deputed to attend the Trainers’ Meet. Those regions which do not have
LTs/ ALTs, should send Pre-ALT (S/G) and
if Pre-ALT is also not available then
only they may depute one HWB
(S/C) and one HWB (G/B) to attend the Trainers’ Meet. In no case super -ceding should be done.
The
following points will be discussed in the Trainers’ Meet (w.e.f. 30.10.2013 to
31.10.2013)
- Role of a Trainer in developing
Scouting.
- How to attract more students towards
Scouting / Guiding.
- How to strengthen Cubs and Bulbuls
sections.
- Problems in the advancements of Scouts
/ Guides/Cubs/Bulbuls.
- Problems in advancement of Unit
Leaders and their units.
- How to ensure greater success in
Rashtrapati Award S/G Test/ Golden Arrow.
- P.M. Shield Competition/ Laxmi
Mazumdar Award/ Award.
- Group Registration fee, Individual
Registration Fee & Annual Contribution.
- Any Other matter, related to scouting,
raised by participants.
The following

Meet.

All
physical arrangements for the Trainers’ Meet such as Computer, LCD, Printer, Writing Board, Public Address
System, Flag Pole with BS&G Flag and
stationery etc will be made available by the KVS Varanasi Region.
D.A as per KVS rules may be collected from
the participants to meet the expenditure on board and lodging. All other
expenditure in connection with the Trainers meet shall be borne out of BS&G
Divisional Association fund of Varanasi Region.
This issues with the approval of the competent authority.
