How you can make stress work for you 

Stress always gets bad press, with good reason. But there is such a thing as good stress - the kind that makes you stronger, more motivated and open to challenges. "Tight deadlines and challenging targets bring out the best in me. I always tend to work that much better when I'm under a certain amount of stress,"

Try problem-solving :-

Instead of impulsively getting worried, think clearly about the actual problem, brainstorm for possible solutions, evaluate each idea for its pros and con.
