Dear Sir/Madam,

          We are glad to inform you that the Regional Level Youth Forum for Northern Regional States will be held from 05/07/2013 to 09/07/2013.

The Details of the Forum are as follows:

Venue	:	Youth Hostel, Nagrota (Jammu)
Dates	:	05/07/2013 to 09/07/2013 (5 Days)
Reporting	:	05/07/2013 Before Lunch
Departure	:	09/07/2013 After Lunch
Eligibility	:	Senior Scouts/Guides – Rajya Puraskar Rovers / Rangers – Nipun The participants should be able to participate in Group Discussion either in English or Hindi
Fee	:	Development Fee : For Sr. Scouts, Sr. Guides, Rovers & Rangers                    Rs. 50/- Per head For Adult Leaders                    Rs. 100/- Per head Special Fee : For Sr. Scouts, Sr. Guides, Rovers & Rangers                   Rs. 30/- Per head For Adult Leaders                    Rs. 30/- Per head
Financial Assistance	:	Second Class concessional Train fare and Actual Bus fare (where there is no train route) on production of Photocopy of Train Tickets and original bus tickets will be paid to the Participants. The National Headquarters will provide free hospitality during the Forum days.
What to bring	:	Two sets of correct and complete uniform & personal requisite, Bedding, Personal Clothing, Toilet requisite, Torch, Mug, Plate, Glass, Spoon, Water Bottle, Rope, Writing materials, First Aid Kit, Rain Coat  etc.
How to reach	:	Youth Hostel Nagrota is located exactly on the road leading to Srinagar (Kashmir ) from Jammu. It is about 10 KMs. From Jammu main Bus Stand. Matador is frequently available from Jammu Bus Stand to Nagrota. The participants will ask the conductor to drop them near Youth Hostel Nagrota.Youth Hostel from main road is about 200 yards a walking distance. The fare from Bus stand to Youth Hostel Nagrota is Rs. 10/- only.
