Sub.:- Advanced Training Courses for Cub Master & Flock Leader for PRTs at KVS National Level in Jaipur Region-2011.

Sir/ Madam,

It is matter of great satisfaction that you are willing to conduct the courses of BS&G movement. At present you are requested to conduct Two Advance Courses (i.e. one for Cub Masters and other for Flock Leaders) at KVS National Level along with all the eligible participants of your Region. The quota for other Regions will be as under:-

Each region will depute maximum 04 eligible PRTs (02 for Advance Course for Cub Master and 02 Advance Course for Flock Leader). The deputation should be on recommendation of concerned District Commissioner (S) and District Commissioner (G). The concerned DC (S/G) should ensure before recommending the name to RO about the competency of the PRT. The deputation should be in such a way that all Clusters (Local Association, if any) of the region may be represented. The deputed teacher should be able to transmit the same knowledge and skill at least to his/her college of the Cluster besides developing skills and competency of the Cubs and Bulbuls of his/ her KV to win the Cubs and Bulbuls “Golden Arrow Award”.

You are requested to conduct Two Advance Courses one for Cub Masters and one for Flock Leaders at KVS National Level and after selecting the venue and dates (during vacations 2011) communicate it to all ROs with required guideline for the same.
