Madam/ Sir,
In continuation to this office letter of even number dated 4 - 03 – 2010, on the subject cited above, I am say that the opportunity for the students of your Vidyalaya is given from the Regional Quota, to attend the Centenary Celebration of World Guide Movement at Dehradun. The procedure for selection of the Vidyalaya level participant for this programme is communicated to you vide above referred letter.

You are requested to select and depute Scout / Guide as per the Quota given to your Vidyalaya and send the detail of the participant in following table through e-mail in attached file followed by hard copy to this office latest by 02-04-2010. At the same time this information is to be communicated to the Kendriya Vidyalaya NER Bareilly/ Kendriya Vidyalaya OFD Dehradun for proper arrangement at Get-together point.
