Sub:- Deputation of participants in BS&G Scouters Guiders Meet.

Sir / Madam,
As per the Minutes of the KVS State Association of the BS&G Meeting held at KVS HQ New Delhi on dated 11-07-2009 a Scouters Guiders Meet is scheduled to be held at KV FRI Dehradun with following detail:-
No. Heads Details
1 Name of the Event : Scouters Guiders Meet.
2 Venue : Kendriya Vidyalya, Forest Research Institute Dehradun.
3 Duration and Dates: 25-02-2010 and 26-02-2010 for two days.
4 Timing : 9.00 AM to 5.00 PM
5 Vidyalaya wise Quota : One Scouter and One Guider total two Teachers.
Eligibility : Basic / Advanced Trained Uniformed Regular Teacher Preferably PRTs or those are not taking the Board Classes.
6 TA/DA All the participants and officials are entitled for TA/DA as per KVS rules.
7 Officials / Resource Person-Staff All ALTs and LTs of the Region will work as Resource Person-Staff for the Meet.
8 Other information(if any) : Other information in this regard, if any will be communicated by the Venue Director/ the Principal KV FRI Dehradun.

All the Principals of the Region should ensure the participation from their Vidyalaya for the Streamlining and enhancement of the BS&G activity in true sense and spirit in the Vidyalayas.

You are requested to depute minimum 02 Teachers for the said Meet and inform the name and designation of the participating teacher to the Venue Director latest by 20-02-2010.
