Sub:            SPECIAL NATIONAL INTEGRATION CAMP

REF: -        NHQ Circular No.101 /2012 dated  22.10.2012.

Dear Sir/Madam,

                   Your kind attention is drawn towards NHQ Circular No. 101 /2012 dated 22.10.2012.

                   Special National Integration Camp is scheduled to be held at the National Youth Complex of the Bharat Scouts & Guides at Gadpuri, District-Palwal, Haryana from 15^th to 19^th January 2012 and a quota of 16 + 01 Scouts and 16 + 01 Guides, Total = 34 is allotted to the respective State Associations for participation in the event.

                   Till date very few States had confirmed their participation to National Headquarters. You are hereby requested to kindly see that your State Should not go un-represented in this National level event.

                   It is also requested to kindly ensure that best Scouts & Guides be selected and deputed for participation and should come well prepared to participate and expose themselves in all the activities that will take place in the event.

                   Kindly confirm participation to National Headquarters, New Delhi at the earliest by email/Fax. If your State is not utilizing the allotted quota, please inform us so that additional quota may be allotted to other needy States.
