Sub: -  4^th ASEAN Scout Jamboree.  

Dear Sir/Madam,

We are pleased to inform you that National Scout Organization of Thailand in cooperation with ASEAN Scout Association for Regional cooperation (ASARC) will be organizing 4^th ASEAN Scout Jamboree to promote ASEAN Community towards the year 2015 and to introduce the various ASEAN culture thoroughly to the world.

Below is the preliminary information of the Jamboree:-  

Name of the Event	:	4th ASEAN Scout Jamboree
Dates	:	8th to 12th July 2013
Home Hospitality	:	12th to 14th July 2013 (Participants are requested to arrive on 7th July and leave the venue on 12th July 2012)
Venue	:	Vajiravudh National Scout Camp, Sriracha, Chonburi, Thailand.
Eligibility	:	Young people (Scouts & Guides) aged 12 to 17 years old. Adult Leaders & IST’s aged 18 to 45 years old.
What to bring	:	Participants are requested to bring, two set of correct and complete Scout Uniform as per APRO Part-II, III, NSO Flag, National Flag, C.D. of National Anthem, Compass, Sleeping Bag, Toiletries, Rain Coat, Personal medicine, Flashlight, National Costume to present cultural programme, material for exhibition and other necessary personal belongings.
Fee	:	Caution Money:- Rs. 3000/- , Non-refundable; if selected and not participated. Jamboree Fee: - USD 150.00                             Rs. 8,252/- (Approx.) (Participants & IST’s Members) Airfare:- (Delhi – Bangkok – Delhi)                                 Rs. 23,342/- (Approx.) (Subject to change) Total:-                                                              Rs. 34,594/- (Approx.)

            You are requested to send the nomination of the eligible participants on the prescribed application form (enclosed) to the National Headquarters, Bharat Scouts & Guides, New Delhi latest by 31^stMay 2013.
