Sub: -  11^th APR Scout Photo Contest – 2013 “Spirit of Scouting”

Dear Sir/ Madam,

We are pleased to inform you that the 11^th APR Scout Photo Contest for the year 2013 will be held in early March and we are encouraging all the States to promote this annual contest among your Scouts and Adult members.

The theme for this contest is “Spirit of Scouting” to capture the real Spirit of Scouting in images just as how our young people and adult leaders see Scouting through their camera.

You are requested to send maximum three selected entries from your State to the National Headquarters, Bharat Scouts & Guides latest by 25^th February 2013.

Like the previous years, there will be six winners: One Gold, Two Silvers and Three Bronzes Awards will be presented at a major regional event to be announced later by the Asia Pacific Region.
