            Your kind attention is drawn towards NHQ Circular No. 98/ 2012 dated 17. 10.2012.

            The Bharat Scouts & Guides, National Headquarters is conducting a Guide Commissioner’s Conference  to commemorate the Centenary Celebration of World Guide Movement on the theme “ Millennium Development Goals “ (MDG) at Dehradun, Uttarakhand State from 01^st to 03^rd December 2012 where all the State Commissioner (Guides) of the State Associations are invited to attend.

             You are once again to remind and request you to kindly pursue the matter for deputation of your State Commissioner (G) and ensure that your State should not go un-represented in this prestigious Meet.

               

            The detail of participation may kindly be forwarded to the National Headquarters in the information format already supplied vide NHQ Circular No. 98/2012.
