SUB:- Consent for hosting of 17^th National Jamboree of the Bharat Scouts & Guides.

REF.:-NHQ Circular No. 12/2012, Dated 14.02.2012.

Dear Sir/Madam,

            Please refer to our Circular No. 12/2012, Dated 14.02.2012 regarding consent for hosting of 17^th National Jamboree of the Bharat Scouts & Guides.

            In this connection, we would like to inform you that till date we have received only two proposals- one from Chhattisgarh State Bharat Scouts & Guides and another from Rajasthan State Bharat Scouts & Guides.

            We are happy to inform you that if any other State Association of the Bharat Scouts & Guides is still interested to host the 17^th National Jamboree of the Bharat Scouts & Guides in January, 2015, they may send their proposal for the same to the Bharat Scouts & Guides, National Headquarters, New Delhi on or before 31^stMarch, 2013. We are enclosing herewith the Duties and Responsibilities of Host State, National Headquarters and the proposed Estimated Budget for hosting the ensuing 17^th National Jamboree for your kind perusal.
