Sub:   WAGGGS 11^th Asia Pacific Regional Conference “Believe, Belong, Be More”

            from 29^th June to 06^th July 2013 at Tokyo, Japan.

Dear Sir/Madam,

            Your kind attention is drawn towards NHQ Circular No. 59/ 2012 dated 22.06.2012.

            The 11^th Asia Pacific Regional Conference is to be held at the National Olympics Memorial Youth Centre (NYC), Tokyo, Japan from 29^th June to 06^th July 2012 on the Theme ““ Believe, Belong, Be More”

               

            In supporting WAGGGS Mission of developing young women as decision makers, State Associations are requested to forward the applications of a young women aged 18-30 years who is a member of the State Council, State Executive Committee or District Council, District Executive Committee or other Sub-Committees in the delegation as either the Conference delegate or observer.

             Till date, very few applications are received at the National Headquarters, New Delhi for participation. Hence, you are once again reminded and requested to kindly publicize this event in your State and invite applications of the eligible candidates and recommend the same as to reach National Headquarters, New Delhi on or before 31.12.2012. The last date of application is now extended up to 31.12.2012.
