Sub: -  Rashtrapati Scouts/Guides Testing Camp – 2012 (Northern Region)

Dear Sir/Madam,

            We are happy to inform you that the Rashtrapati Scouts/ Guides Testing Camp (for both wings) for the year 2012 of Northern Region will be held at NYC, Gadpuri, Haryanafrom 28.10.2012 to 01.11.2012.

               The details of the Testing Camps are as follows:-

Name of the Event	:	Rashtrapati Scouts/Guides Testing Camp - 2012 (Northern Region)
Venue	:	National Youth Complex, Gadpuri, Haryana
Dates	:	28.10.2012 to 01.11.2012
Reporting date	:	28.10.2012 Before Lunch
Departure date	:	01.11.2012 After Lunch
Eligibility	:	Only eligible candidates ( as per enclosed list)
Development Fees	:	Rs 50/- per head for Scouts/Guides Rs 100/- per head for Unit Leader
Special Fees	:	Rs 30/- per head for Scouts/Guides and Unit Leader
Total Fees	:	Total Rs. 80/- for Scouts/Guides and Rs. 130/- for Unit Leader (Unit leaders are allowed in 10:01 ratio)
Financial assistance	:	Only free Boarding & Lodging will be provided during the camping days. National Headquarters will not reimburse any Traveling Expenses.
How to reach	:	Gadpuri is situated on the Mathura road in between Palwal and Ballabhgarh (just 10 km from Ballabhgarh), from Faridabad / Ballabhgarh / Sarai Kalen Khan, Delhi- Buses are available for Palwal. Get down at Gadpuri bus stand.
What to bring	:	1.      Attested copy of date of birth certificate 2.      A passport size colour photograph with uniform. 3.      Usual camp kit with gadget materials 4.      Correct & complete uniform as per APRO II/III 5.      Materials for testing- Progress Card, Log Books, related documents and certificate, Writing board, Pen, Geometry Box etc.
