Sub: - 55^th Jamboree On The Air & 16^th Jamboree On The Internet on 20^th & 21^st October 2012

Sir/ Madam,

            With reference to the subject cited above I am to state that  55^th JOTA / 16^th  JOTI will be held at Northern Regional Headquarters, N.C.T.C, New Ashok Nagar, Delhi - 96 on 20^th  & 21^st  October  2012.

            We requested you to depute  04 Scouts/ Guides/ Rovers/ Rangers along with 01 Leader/s to participate in the programme for each day.

            Kindly advice the participants to bring Pen, Pencil, Rubber, Sharpener, Colours etc. to participate in the Essay Writing, Drawing Competitions.

            The participants should reach at Northern Regional Headquarters, National Camping Cum Training Centre, B-1270, New Ashok Nagar, Delhi – 110096,  near New Ashok Nagar Metro Station at 9:30 hrs. on 20^th & 21^st  October 2012.

            They will be relieved at 15:30 hrs. Lunch and Local Conveyance will be provided to all the participants against actual Train/ Bus tickets. No Auto Fare will be paid.

            Kindly depute the participants and make the  JOTA/ JOTI a grand success.
