Practices were executed at Kendriya Vidyalaya Dharchula Uttara Khand India on
02-09-2009.
The
Scientific Micro Yoga Practice (No.1) for frontal area of Brain, Nasal cavity,
throat, Oesophagus, intercostals muscles and Lungs.
The Scientific Micro Yoga
Practice (No.2) for middle area of Brain, Nasal cavity, throat, Oesophagus,
intercostals muscles and Lungs. The Scientific Micro Yoga Practice (No.3) for
enhancing the fresh blood supply (full of oxygen) to enrich the rear area of
Brain and washout morbid, unhealthy or toxic part of blood.
The Scientific
Micro Yoga Practice (No.4) for rejuvenating of cheeks muscles, preventing
pimples, develop glow on face and for enhancing the air retention capacity of
lungs.
The Scientific Micro Yoga Practice(No.5) for strengthening Neck Muscles, to make neck
supple and to prevent the cervical ailments.
The Scientific Micro Yoga Practice
(No.6) is for strengthening the Lungs, Neck Muscles and shoulder. It also works
as tranquilizer for tired brain and put long-lasting smoothening effect on
Nervous system.
