IMPORTANT POINTS DECIDED IN THE MEETING OF BS&G, KV BAIRAGARH :-

A unit level meeting of KV Bairagarh, BS&G unit was held on 31^st March 2012. Some important points discussed in the meeting are as under:-

v Unit level weekly activities will be planned on Saturdays at the time of CCA followed by the extra time after school hours. It is decided in the first meeting that all the activities regarding Scout/Guide/Cub/Bulbul will be organized on every Saturday in the last period.

v For Cubs and Bulbuls it feels that these 40 minutes are sufficient enough.

v For Scouts and Guides more time required for the practice regarding the activities allotted on that particular day, Scouts/Guides will stay back with their Scout Masters/Guide Captains with due permission of Principal and Parents.

v Special Preparation: For divisional level activities, special preparation will be made time by time as and when required.

v Prime Minister Shield Competition:  For PM Shield competition, special attention will be given for the upliftment of the slum area near railway crossing, which was adopted by the school BS&G unit for social service.

v My Diary Of Contribution: An activity diary will be compulsorily maintained by every member of the unit on weekly basis duly signed by the unit leader and principal.

v Celebration Of Special Days: This activity will give more attention by all members at unit or vidyalaya level with the help of CCA in charge. Report and photographs will be send immediately to the authorities.

v Publication of Magazine: A unit level hand written magazine will be published on half yearly basis.(In the month of September and Feburary.)
