DrBIK celebrated “International Day of Yoga" on 21-06-2023 at various places-(1) Jamia Millia Islamia University New Delhi
“Say YES to YOG (योग), NO to रोग (Disease)”; Prof. (Dr.) B. Islam Kairanvi
the Bharat Scouts and Guides celebrated
"International Day of Yoga" on 21-06-2023 at its national
headquarters with zeal and enthusiasm in an effort to
involve the wider community of India and the world with
yoga.
On this occasion, BSG Headquarters staff and officials
also got an opportunity to get practical experience of DrBIK
research-based Hi-Tech, Refined, and customized Yoga in
the workshop and Prof. (Dr.) B. Islam has given them a bumper
offer to become an expert in this Yoga tech(nique.
In line with
(i) the theme of the International Day of Yoga-2023; “एक
ववश्व, एक स्वास्थ्य -"वसुधैव कु टुम्बकम" “One World, One Health”,
(ii) Remaining conscious and keeping in mind the importance
of Yoga in everyday life and spreading the importance &
awareness of Yoga in our environment and ecosystem,
(iii) for carry forward the Indian heritage and
(iv) take its momentum to the next level the Bharat Scouts
and Guides organized 9
th International Day of Yoga on 21th
June’ 2023 at its National Headquarter New Delhi in
association with dedicated BSG Yoga Resource Center
“Institute of DrBIK Yoga and Clinic of AYUSH Paramedics
(New Delhi-110025)”.
At this great grand occasion, after the following the
CYP and Institutional Yoga Protocol a Yoga workshop, Yoga
Tips to remain Healthy and Question Answer session was
also organized on demand from the participants, moreover it
for inspiration of the participants Leader Trainer and
Master Trainer of the event Prof. (Dr.) B. Islam
demonstrated the working ability and existing strength of
the abdominal muscles at the age of 68 years, anyone can
easily acquire this competency by practicing carefully. The
program was ended with laughter therapy.
