With your blessings and support at the occasion of World Health Day Dr. Badrul Islam Kairanvi voluntarily shared his skill on dated
07-04-2018 amid the deprived section of the society by conducting a workshop on
Natural Exercises (Psycho Physical Practices for excellent health & Fitness,
best performance, peace and prosperity at Madarsa Tajweed-ul Quran, Jamia
Nagar, New Delhi on dated 07-04-2018. The workshop was presided over by Qari
Abdul Hafeez, Director of the Institution. During the workshop various aspects
of Yoga and its efficacy was discussed in detail.
In the 1st session Islamic scholars
and Molana Abdur Rehman Abid explained “what is Tibbe Nabwi” (with the references
of Quran and Hadees) and how it can be adopted in our life.
Dr. Islam said in presents day’s scenario
Natural Exercises are very important to maintain good health, prevent diseases
such as diabetes, arthritis, cervical, backache, B.P. He trained students of
the Madarsa and participating Islamic Scholars in Best fitness practices such
as exercises to improve brain function called “Brain Massage”, sense organs
practices etc.
The Convener
of the workshop was Hazrat Molana Zakeeruddin Zaki who did best effort to erect
workshop tempo and he organized it perfectly.
Including
the students of Madarsa, Molana Mohd Tahir Qasmi, Mohd. Riyazuddin, Molana
Rustam Nadvi, Moana Nseemuddin Mazahiri, Molana Mod. Salahuddin Mazahiri,
Molana Mod. Tufail, Molana Mod Zia-ud-Din, Qari Furqan, Qari Tanveer Aalm and
Ainul Haq actively participated in the Workshop and it was ended with DUA.
