Sub: - Annual Report and Annual Census Information for the year ending
 31.03.2013.

Ref: - Our Circular No.45/2013 Dated 21/5/2013.

Dear Sir /Madam,

With reference to our circular No.45.2013 Dated 21^st May 2013, you were requested to submit the Annual Report and Census information of your State for the year 2012-13 by 30^th June 2013. We have not received the Annual Report and Census till Date.

You are requested to send the Annual Report of your state containing Programme/activities which have been conducted or organized in your state from 1.04.2012 to 31.03.2013 to enable us to include the same in the Annual Report of National Headquarters, Bharat Scouts and Guides, for the year 2012-2013.

The Last date for receipt of the above information at the National Headquarters is 31^st July 2013. If the reports are not received by us before the due date, name of your state will not appear in the Annual Report of the Bharat Scouts and Guides, National Headquarters in the relevant section.
