Sir/ Madam,

        In continuation to this office letter No. F.110353/25/2011-KVS (Acad.)/BS&G dated 27-01-2012 I am to inform you that Annual Training Report for the year 2011-12 (till date) of all the ALTs/ LTs of your region is not received yet/ received incomplete which cannot be forwarded to NTC BS&G for renewal of Honourable Charge of ALT/LT of KVS.

        Therefore, please find enclosed herewith a tabulated information sheet regarding the courses conducted or assisted by the ALTs/ LTs of KVS during 2011-12 (till date) so that the compiled information may be forwarded from KVS HQ to NTC BS&G as Annual Training Report (ATR) so that NTC can verify the courses mentioned in the “Biennial Reports” of individual ALT/LT at the time when they apply for the renewal of their Hon’able Charges.

        You are requested to forward the   Annual Training Report of each ALT/ LT of your region as mentioned above to this office at the earliest possible latest by 24-08-2012.
