Please find enclosed herewith      15     Registration forms (as per detail enclosed herewith) for P.M Shield Competition in respect of the KVs of   Chennai Region/     Division    with        01     DDs for Rs.      150/-  as PMSC Registration fee @ Rs.10/- for     15      units.

 The applications are also duly signed by the official of KVS HQ.

You are requested to consider the applications for the registration of PMSC 2012-13 and please issue Log-Books with guidelines for the same for further course of action.
