Ref:- NHQ BS&G Circular No.33/ 2012 dated  15-03-2012.

Sir/ Madam,

        With reference to BS&G HQ letter (mentioned above) you are requested to send correct and complete information of all the qualified Rashtrapati Scouts/ Guides for the year 2011 of your Region in enclosed prescribed proforma so that the same may be transmitted to the Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports as well as to the Rashtrapati Bhawan through BS&G NHQ New Delhi.

        Please treat this as most urgent and send the required information as per proforma enclosed LATEST BY 30^th  March, 2012 to undersigned by e-mail: anita29aeo.kvs@gmail.com . If the personal details of the Scout/ Guide is not received their certificates will not be forwarded for the signature of Her Excellency, the President of India.
