It is for your kind information that a National Level Advanced Course for Commissioners is sheduled from 03rd to 07th June 2011 at National Training Centre, Pachmarhi, M.P.
You are requested to select one eligible Principal (who is working as District Chief Commissioner or DC and leading the KVS BS&G movement) to attend this course and send his/ her application in enclosed Performa to this office latest by 28-04-2011 by fax and email: docotorislam@gmail.com. The name of the wiling and eligible Education officer having the charge of BS&G at Regional Office my also be considered additionally.

Kindly find enclosed herewith the Circular NO. 32/ 2011 dated 16-03-2011 received from National Headquarters of Bharat Scouts and Guides, you are requested to circulate the same to District Chief Commissioners KVS BS&G under you jurisdiction.
The District Chief commissioner of the concerned District will send two entry forms i.e. one from Scout Section other from Guide Section to your office for further selection at your level.
You are requested to send only one nomination entry form from your Division to this office latest by 25th June 2011, however the LOG BOOK for the same should be submitted to this office before 25th August 2011. For other information please refer enclosed circular.

Sir/ Madam,
As per the requirement received from Regional Offices forms for Rashtrapati Scouts and Guides Award Testing Camp-2011 were forwarded from this office. These forms should be duly filled with utmost care in all respect (as per the NHG BS&G Circular No. 26/2011 dated 18-02-2011 which was forwarded to you with the Forms) and signed by the Applicant, SM/ GC, Head of the Institution, Distt. Commissioner, Distt. Secretary. A Photostat copy of the Form should be provided to the applicant and a copy should be kept at all levels.
ROs should send correct and complete finally selected forms in triplicate with CD to this office latest by 25th May 2011 for necessary action at this office and onward transmission to NHQ BS&G.

Please refer this office letter No. F.110353/18 /2009-KVS (Acad.)/BS&G dated 16-03-2011 regarding KVS HWB Courses, in which 22-03-2011 was the last date given to you to submit the list of eligible candidates to this office, but not received yet, therefore, the idea to conduct the HWB courses at KVS Level during vacation-2011 is dropped.
2. As per the NTC BS&G Circular No. 48/ 4006-4010/2011 dated 31-01-2011 and Circular No. 52/4110-4114/2011 dated 03-02-2011 (available at: http://www.bsgindia.org/ with required form) the HWB Courses will be held at NTC BS&G Pachmarhi in which we should ensure participation from each RO.
