MISSION YOGA BS&G group was founded jointly by Dr. B. Islam, Dr. Mahesh Muchhal, Mrs. Vandana Tewari with other staff members and participants on 26-08-2016 at the occasion of National Level Yoga Instructors Course which was held at RM College of Education Jammu under the leadership of Ms. Shivangi Saxena.

Yoga
promoting efforts are in full swing in KVS since 1981 even in 1985 KVS extended
his efforts to promote Yoga in Europe by deputation of its Yoga Faculty to
demonstrate Yoga and present paper on efficacy of Yoga in the Medical
Conference over there.
