Ref : NTC Circular No. 20/1422-25/2010 dated 07.08.2010.

Sir / Madam,

As per subject and reference cited above, this is to inform you that due to not receiving the sufficient application form for Regional Level HWB(G) Courses, the Regional Level HWB Course is shifted to National Level.

The Bharat Scouts & Guides is conducting one National Level HWB Course for Guide Captains as National Youth Complex, Gadpuri, Haryana from 6^th to 12^th December, 2010 as per details :

1	Name of the Courses	Himalaya Wood Badge Course for Guide Captains.
2	Dates	06th to 12th December, 2010.
3	Venue	Bharat Scouts & Guides, National Youth Complex, Gadpuri, Haryana.
4	How to Reach	It is situated on 45 KMs from New Delhi. National Highway and 10 KM away from Ballabhgarh Bus/Station. Get down at Palwal, from Faridabad Station. Regular Buses are available to Gadpuri.
5	Arrival	06.12.2010 : 10.00 AM. Late comers will not be admitted.
6	Departure	12.12.2010 : After Lunch. (Accordingly return journey may be made).
7	Fee	Dev. Fee. Rs. 100/- + Special Fee Rs. 50/- = Total Rs. 150/-.
8	Financial Assistance	Free hospitality during the Course will be provided. 50% Concessional 2nd Class Train fare and actual bus fare (where there is no train service) will be reimbursed on production of T.E. Bill along with Bus tickets in original and Photocopies of Train tickets to be submitted. Bring photocopies Training Records.
9	Who can Attend	Ø should work at least for 12 months after the completion of the Advanced course successfully. Ø should successfully complete the Training Study with with N.T.C. Certificate. Ø complete successfully any two of the following conditions: (Sl No. one is compulsory. 1. Register her unit for Prime Minister Shield Competition / Upa Rashtrapati Award Competition and submit a certificate issued by District Organising Commissioner (G) and District Training Commissioner (G), countersigned by District Commissioner (G) shall be submitted to leader of the Course along with the application. The Registration of P.M.S.C. record will be verified from the National Headquarters, New Delhi. 2. Produce at least 4 (four) Tritiya Sopan Guides. Submit a certificate from District Organising Commissioner (G) and District Training Commissioner (G). 3. She should submit a progress report of her Unit on the prescribed proforma duly verified by District Organising Commissioner (G) and District Training Commissioner(G). 4. Photocopy of Warrant and validity.
10	Applications	NTC has received the applications from your state. The list of eligible candidate is enclosed. Kindly inform to the selected candidates. · If the state has more eligible candidates, their applications may be send as per attached applications. · A proforma of application is enclosed herewith. State Training Commissioners are requested to collect the applications and send to National Training Centre, Pachmarhi on or before 12th November, 2010 at National Training Centre, Pachmarhi for checking.
11	Climate	The climate during December may be very cold. Warm cloths / bedding (Black Cardigan) will be required.

LATE COMERS WILL NOT BE ADMITTED. The State Training Commissioners are requested to ensure that application form along with all documents should reach to NTC. Participants bringing application by hand will not be admitted.
